Changes to prescription ordering
We will no longer deal with prescriptions at reception. This includes ordering prescriptions and collecting prescriptions. Instead we advise you order in one of the following ways:
- Online - on our website you can sign up to order prescriptions online. ( An order can be placed at any time of the day, we will receive and process your order within two working days)
- Pharmacy- ask your local pharmacy of your choice to order your prescription on your behalf. The majority of pharmacy drivers collect from us on a daily basis.
- Telephone - call the prescription line on 01786 473529 between 8.30am-10.30am & 2pm-5pm on working days. Please note the phone lines can be busy at times. If this is an issue, please consider one of the other ways above, to order prescriptions.
Instead of collecting prescriptions from the surgery, we ask that you have your prescriptions sent directly to a pharmacy of your choice.
DO NOT ENTER YOUR GP PRACTICE
