Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel please click on the link below and complete a travel questionnaire and send to the practice no later than 6 weeks prior to travel. This questionnaire asks about the countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine which vaccinations are required. Please telephone the practice after one week to arrange collection of prescriptions and to book a nurse appointment.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS. There will be a charge of £15.00 for each vaccination with a maximum charge of £75.00.  Payment is required on collection of your prescription. Prescriptions will not be issued until payment is received. Please note there may be an additional charge from the pharmacy for dispensing private prescriptions.

To help us offer the appropriate advice, please fill out the online form and submit no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.  Once you have submitted the questionnaire please call the surgery 1 week later to check what vaccines you require.
